Edwin Dix is a trusted REALTOR®, Associate Broker, Certified Renovator, Notary Signing Agent, and Mortgage Loan Originator with Trillion Realty, based in Harper Woods, Michigan, serving Harper Woods, South Hill, and the surrounding communities of Chicago. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing his MBA. In 2009, while seeking a career change, Edwin entered the real estate industry, working with REO properties, investors, and BPOs and CMAs with banks, gaining extensive knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their residential real estate goals, representing buyers, sellers, and investors.

Over time, he has expanded his services to include work as a Notary Signing Agent, Mortgage Loan Originator, and Certified Renovator, offering clients comprehensive solutions under one roof and maintaining seamless communication between the brokerage and his role as a mortgage loan officer, serving as a single point of contact. His diverse expertise allows him to simplify the real estate and financing process while ensuring that each transaction is handled with efficiency and professionalism.
